In a victory for Fred Phelps and the Westboro Baptist Church (and the 1st Amendment, I suppose), a judge struck down a Missouri law that prohibited protests at military funerals

It isn't a surprise, but it's unfortunate that these twits are constitutionally protected.

I know it isn't news, but because their antics are so infuriating and distracting, I never gave much thought to the fact that the God Hates Fags pieces of shit are tax-exempt, because they're classified as a church.
